"Jones was driving a late model white ford Taurus with a stolen Tennessee tag that read 599 PFJ and was last seen on Highway 96 eastbound. "
"Jones is a white male who is 52-years-old with a shaved head. Jones is 5 feet 8 inches and 150 pounds. "
