[Fox4KC.com]  10/29/2009, St Joseph, MO -- " A missing metro teen was found in St. Joseph on Thursday morning, after police issued an Amber Alert when she was last seen dropping a friend off at school on Wednesday morning."

"St. Joseph Police said that Makenzie R. Green, 16, was found safe with a juvenile male at 5:35 a.m. on Thursday. Police said that a 911 call directed them to the 500 block of Thompson Avenue in St. Joseph. The caller said Green may be at that location and when officers arrived, Green came out of the house. According to police, Green recently ended a relationship with her boyfriend and was believed to be with him, but police did not say if that is who she was found with. Police said that Green is making statements that indicate she was taken against her will."

[KansasCity.com]  10/28/2009, Grain Valley, MO -- "Police tonight issued an Amber Alert for a teenager from Independence whose car, cell phone, purse and belongings were found in a parking lot today. Sixteen-year-old Makenzie R. Green was last seen this morning dropping a friend off at school in Grain Valley."

"She is believed to be with her ex-boyfriend, with whom she recently ended a relationship. The ex-boyfriend, Curtis L. Hagey, 16, recently made harmful threats toward Green, according to a news release from the Independence Police Department."

"Greeen is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds and was last seen wearing a blue Eagles sweatshirt and black Under Armour sweatpants."
