The child is a 15 year old white female named Tara Crissman. Tara has been missing from her Woodland Drive residence in Ooltewah since the early morning hours of October 21st. Tara is 5 Feet Tall, 110 Lbs, Brown Eyes, with Reddish Blonde Hair. Tara is believed to still be in the Hamilton County area.
