"Navaeh Braelynn Frank was being kept by her mother's boyfriend, Kevin Woods. Her mother said she has not had any contact with them since 3:30 p.m. Tuesday."

"The missing child is 3 feet tall, weighs 43 pounds and has cross-eyes with a scar on the left side of her forehead."

"Navaeh and Woods were last seen in the Wal-Mart parking lot in Springfield.She was wearing blue jeans with pink Dora the Explorer shoes."

"Woods is known to abuse drugs and has a suspended driver's license. Policesaid he is driving a blue 2001 Dodge Dakota with Tennessee tags."
