"Both were found around 9:30 p.m. on Bama Circle by Huntsville Police."
"Juarez will return to her family in LaFayette, Tennessee while Cano is being held behind bars."

WSMV.com] 9/20/2009, Macon County, TN -- "Macon County authorities said a family awoke on Sunday morning to find that their 13-year-old girl was not at home."
"The family of the missing girl, Judi Juarez, told deputies they had spoken with 22-year-old Jose Martin Cano, and he told them the missing child was with him. However, he refused to let them talk with her, and authorities believe she may be in danger."
"Judi is Hispanic with black hair and brown eyes. She is 4 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. Cano is believed to be driving a small purple 4 door car. He is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds."
"They are believed to still be in either the Macon County, Tenn., area or in the Monroe County, Ky., area."
