"Investigators believe Kevin Vielle, 18, took his daughter, Harmony Vielle, who was last seen at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday. "
"Police initially believed the two may be headed to Montana in a 2005 Dodge Neon, but that car has since been located at Moses Lake Elementary School with neither the father nor the girl inside."
"Kevin Vielle is 6-foot-1 and weighs 180 pounds. The Native American man has brown hair and brown eyes. Investigators said the father has short hair and looks 'clean cut.'"
"Harmony Vielle is African-American and weighs 20 pounds. She has brown hair and eyes."
